VESPR ADVISORY

Reputation
under control

We help companies and individuals resolve reputation problems, protect their digital footprint and improve what people find about them online.

Reputation problems call for a plan, not panic.

01

Discretion

Trust is the basis of every engagement. What we work on with clients stays between us, from the first contact until the case is closed.

02

Experience

We know how platforms, search engines and the media work. And where it makes sense to step in.

03

Calm under pressure

Even when content spreads fast, we act deliberately and follow a clear plan.

You see more from a distance.

In a reputation crisis, all attention narrows to a single post or article. We do the opposite. We step back, look at the whole context and only then decide how to act. From a distance it is easier to see where to step in and where it is better to wait.

Our approach

Every situation is different. Some problems need a quick response, others a long-term approach and ongoing reputation management.

01

Assessing the situation

We analyse the problem, how visible it is and the reputation risks it carries.

02

Proposing a plan

We put together a realistic plan, including priorities and the recommended course of action.

03

Resolution and monitoring

We actively work on the situation and keep track of how it develops.

From our casework

Real situations from our work. All examples are anonymised for confidentiality.

Fast-spreading negative posts began to shape how the public saw the brand. Other accounts shared the post, and within a few hours the topic had travelled far beyond its original audience.

A search for the company brought up negative press coverage from the past near the top. For new customers and partners that was the first impression, and it no longer reflected how the company works today.

Online reviews began to affect customer trust and business results. Some of the ratings were not based on real experiences, and they were steadily dragging the overall score down.

A restriction on the company's account disrupted both its communication and its day-to-day presence online. Overnight the company lost access to its pages, and both the recovery and the communication with the platform had to be handled.

AI search tools started showing inaccurate and outdated information about the company. The answers mixed old data with unfounded claims and created a distorted first impression.
